Jan is a folk musician from Xinjiang (China), and more precisely from Altai mountains. He plays dombra (Kazakh luth), Tsuur (flute), jew's harp and igil (Tuvan horsehead 2 strings viiolin). Very inspired of Altai nomadic horse people's folk music, Jan likes to share traditionnal tunes, but also creates a very personnal music, a bridge from grasslands to Chinese modern cities.
